Welcome to Blessed Sacrament School. Blessed Sacrament school is a vibrant K-12 school, with a 75-year tradition of excellence in education in Wainwright. We are a Christ centered school, with an educational philosophy designed towards teaching to the whole child. We provide a full range of academic, co-curricular, and extra-curricular opportunities.
      This year we are expanding our programming in several ways. We are pleased to welcome the Little Steps Junior Kindergarten and preschool program into the Blessed Sacrament family. We are also expanding our option choices to better reflect our students' interests, with a new Jr. High Athletic Pursuits option, and new CTS choices. The Leadership program that was initiated last year will be expanded into the Jr. High.
      We continue to offer a wide variety of extra curricular programs. We have an extensive sports program, which was expanded lasted year with the addition of our new 400 Meter Track. We have a SADD group, a Social Justice club, as well as a number of other student groups.

      Last year, once again, our academic results were impressive. Our Grade 12 graduates continue to meet and exceed provincial standards on their diploma exams. The grade 3, 6, and 9 achievement test results also point to the success of our students.
      It is said that the future is a book yet unwritten. I look forward to working with students, staff, and parents to fill the pages of our book with joy, hope , and knowledge.
